SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We have a 7 days exchange policy we do not offer a refund, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received, unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For damages and issues please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (maximum within 7 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customised products as per your requirements cannot be exchanged.
